The indoor swimming pool of the sports and fitness centre of the hotel «Saksagan» adjoins the Winter garden. During swimming workouts you can admire tropical plants through stained glass windows.
The pool is 13 m long, 6 m wide and 1.3-3 m deep. The water has a constant temperature of 20° C and is specially purified.
In our pool the trainers organize aqua-aerobics workouts, design individual programs aimed at losing weight and keeping your figure slender, organize workouts on relaxation after training in the gym, as well as train our youngest visitors.
A special program is developed for children from 3 years of age. You may feel free to entrust your kid to our trainer, who will attend a child in water all the time.
